Small System Utility Management, July 29, 2026, St. Joseph

BEFORE YOU REGISTER ANYONE FOR THIS CLASS:

1. You are in the database so DO NOT ADD yourself or create a new account. If you do not know what email address we have on file for you, call the office.

2. Each person must have an INDIVIDUAL EMAIL ADDRESS (It does not have to be a company email, just one they can access).

3. You must provide each attendee's cell phone number. Only to be used in case of emergency, last minute cancellation, etc.

REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS:

-Attendee preference will be given to communities with a population of 10,000 or less.
-No more than 3 water and wastewater operators per system. Additional attendees should be management, clerks, treasurers, council members
-There is limited seating for contract operations companies. Employees of contract operations companies will be put on a wait list.

This workshop will help utilities address a full range of challenges and  improve the management of their operations and infrastructure.

-How to use the Rural and Small Systems Guidebook to Sustainable Utility Management to make improvements at your system
