SDWA: A review of the SDWA from A-Z.  Covering the essential items that apply to water operators and water operators in charge.  It will review the responsibilities placed on the operator in charge of water systems and provide the information needed to help them keep their water system in compliance with the SDWA rules and regulations. EGLE Requirements and Relationships:  Review of  the duties of an operator/operator in charge that are regulated under the SDWA.  It will go over submissions to EGLE, violations, public notices, consent agreements, sanitary surveys and site visits. Chemical Feed Pump: Basic chemical feed pump operation and maintenance. 

Compliance Tips for Operators:  This presentation will go over common compliance items that EGLE staff see occurring in water systems.  It will discuss monitoring/reporting, sample collection, various rules, and general SDWA items. Presenter Amy Vail EGLE -District supervisor Cadillac office
