Cancellation Policy

Events Policy: Registration and attendance at, or participation in Michigan Rural Water Association classes, conferences, events and activities constitutes an agreement by the participant to the use the attendee's image or voice in photographs, video and audio recordings and all other electronic reproductions of such events and activities by MRWA.

Payment/Cancellation Policy: Payment is expected prior to class. Cancellations must be requested 7 business days prior to the start of the class for a full refund. If you cancel less than 7 business days prior to the start of class, there will be a $50 processing fee per day per attendee. You may send a substitute attendee.

Annual Conference Attendee Cancellation Policy: A request for a refund must be made no later than March 3, 2026. No refunds after March 3, 2026, but you may send a substitute.

Annual Conference Exhibitor Cancellation Policy: Cancellations before February 20, 2026 50% of fee refundable:  No refunds after February 20, 2026.
