8:30 am – Interim Strategy – Biosolids and PFAS
This presentation will review the technical aspects of the Interim Strategy; the modification of all WWTP RMPs; the new requirements associated with land application of biosolids; sampling, methods, laboratories who conduct the tests; reporting results/dates; submission of the data through MIWaters, communications/notifications to landowners/farmers; investigations; risk mitigation strategies; websites for resources and includes time for questions and answers.

9:40 am – PFAS What? Why? And Who/How it is Going to Get Cleaned Up
This presentation will cover what is PFAS, why and who used it.  How we are finding this problem in Michigan and what is being done to protect our communities.

10:50 am -  Rates & Budgets 
This presentation will cover rates and budgets for your municipalities.  As new requirements come in it is important rates are also reviewed as there are additional costs when facing new requirements.
