-Attendee preference will be given to communities with a population of 10,000 or less.
-No more than 3 water and wastewater operators per system. Additional attendees should be management, clerks, treasurers, council members, etc.
-There is limited seating for contract operations companies. Employees of contract operations companies will be put on a waitlist.
Communities with a population of less than 10,000 will automatically be registered. All others will be notified no later than June 12, 2019 if they are accepted for attendance.
This workshop will help utilities address a full range of challenges and improve the management of their operations and infrastructure.

-How to use the Rural and Small Systems Guidebook to Sustainable Utility Management to make improvements at your system
Utilities will learn how to make improvements in the ten key management areas, focusing first on their most pressing challenges.

Payment/Cancellation Policy: Payment is expected prior to class. Cancellations must be requested at least 3 business days prior to the start of the class or your registration fee will be forfeited. If you cancel least 3 business days prior to the start of class, the full amount may be used as credit toward a future class. You may send a substitute attendee.
