MRWA and AWWA are presenting the 1^st Annual Utility Equipment Expo day.  This is not an Exhibit Hall.  It is a hands-on event with outdoor demonstrations and exhibits geared to water and wastewater utility personnel. 

Attendees you don’t want to miss out on these opportunities:

S       Opportunities to see and use the latest tools & equipment available to our industry with hands on demonstrations
S       A great chance to meet and talk with other water and wastewater utility personnel from across Michigan.
S       The chance to participate in a variety of contests and be eligible for prize drawings.
S       Receive up to 0.3 CECs for training sessions and 0.1 CECs for attending the exhibits 

Exhibitors you don’t want to miss out on the opportunity to present your product and services to utility personnel in a casual and fun outdoor environment.  This is not an exhibit hall.  It’s a live event with hands on demonstrations geared toward generating interest by those who will be purchasing and using them in their utilities. 

There are sponsorship opportunities available:

S       Food sponsorship – you provide the food for the barbecue lunch served on Wednesday August 13^th and for this sponsorship will receive a free exhibit booth and signage throughout the event.
S       Pop and Water Sponsorship – This sponsorship provides all the pop and water for all participants of the Utility Equipment Expo and for this sponsorship will receive a free exhibit booth and signage throughout the event.
S       2008 Expo T-shirt Sponsor – For $100 your company name will be on the shirts given to all participants and on signage at the Expo. 

You are responsible for bringing extension cords and water hoses and fittings and cover canopy for outdoor exhibits. Bring promotional items and conduct contests at your demonstration area. Let us know about special activities so that we may schedule and promote your event. You may provide non-alcoholic refreshments at your demonstration area. You may award prizes throughout the day.  

Also please join us for the Equipment Utility Expo Golf Outing at the Deer Run Golf Club in Lowell on August 12^th with a cookout following at Ionia County Free Fairgrounds.
